Conditions
We provide tours in the following languages: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech.
The following applies to all tours:
Maximum group size 25 people
- Tours in public spaces are limited to 25 people.
- Exceptions are only possible if this is compatible with local conditions or house rules (churches, museums, exhibitions, etc.). Please direct any enquiries in this regard to us as early as possible.
Mileage allowance
- For travel to the destination, we charge the mileage allowance stipulated by Austrian law.
- For tours in our respective core area, it can be agreed individually that travel costs are included in the total cost of the tour as a lump sum.
Cancellation fees
- From the 7th day before the agreed start of the tour, 50% of the agreed fee.
- From the 3rd day before the agreed start of the tour, 100% of the agreed fee.
Value added tax
- Most of us, as small businesses, do not charge value added tax in accordance with § 6 (1) Z 27 UstG (Austrian Value Added Tax Act).
- Those colleagues who do charge value added tax indicate this accordingly in their quotes and invoices.
